Ingredients
- Jaggery..........................1/2 cup
- Wheat Flour...................1cup
- Milk..............................2tbsp
- Sesame Seeds................2tsp
- Dry Coconut Powder,,,,,3tbsp
- Ghee..............................2tbsp
Method
- Mash the jaggery into powder.
- Grind the dry coconut into fine powder.
- Heat a pan with ghee on medium flame add wheat flour and fry for 5 minutes.
- Then add jaggery, coconut powder and sesame seeds.
- Cook in low flame by adding milk.
- When it becomes thick pour into a greased plate.
- Press them nicely Cut into desired shape.
- Make sure not to overcook the jaggery .if you like add crushed nuts.
