Rava Kesari
This sweet is very easy to prepare.
- Rava (Suji).........................1cup
- Sugar.................................2cups
- Cardamom powder............1/2 tsp
- Kesari powder...................1 pinch
- Ghee..................................3tablesp
- Milk...................................2cups
- Cashew nuts.......................few..
Method
- Fry the rava with 1 tsp ghee. Roast the cashew nuts.
- Heat a pan with 2cups of milk. When the milk boils, add rava slowly and stir it well without lumps.
- When the rava is cooked, add sugar, kesari powder and remaining ghee.
- When it becomes thick add cashew nuts and cardamom powder.
- Remove from the flame and keep in bowl..
