Chakkavaratti payasam' If you have chakkavaratti in your house we can make immediately.
Ingredients
Chakkavaratti 1 cup
Coconut milk 1 cup
Coconut flakes few
Ghee. 2tsp
Kaju optional
Method
In a big vessel add ghee chakkavaratti and second milk of coconut.
Mix and boil till it dissolve in.
Add first coconut ilk.
Do not boil after adding coconut milk
Heat a tawa add ghee and coconut flakes and fry'.
Add to the chavaratti payasam.
