Microwavable Badam/ Almond/Walnut/Cashew nuts Burfi
I tried this recipe in microwave and came out very well. It is very easy and takes less time to make.There is no ghee and healthy too..Very tasty sweet.
Ingredients
- Badam.................1/2cup
- Almond................1/2cup
- Walnuts................1/2 cup
- Cashew Nut...........1/2 cup
- Sugar...................2cups
- Cardamom...........1/2tsp
- Milk......................2tbsp
Method
- Powder all the ingredients in food processor.
- Remove in microwavable bowl, add milk and sugar.
- Mix well, keep for 2 minutes. Remove ,add cardamom powder and mix nicely .
- Again keep it in microwave two more minutes .
- When it becomes thick spread in greased plate and let it cool
- Cut into pieces.
