Nilakadalai Urundai (Kadalai Urudai)

- Peeled Peanuts...........................2cups
- Jaggery........................................1cup
- Cardamom Powder....................1/2 tsp
- Ginger Powder...........................1/4 tsp
Method
- Roast the peanuts and peel them
- Heat a pan with little water and add the jaggery .
- When you get a thick syrup(drop little jaggery syrup in the bowl of water.
- If you can make a ball out of it) add the peanuts and cardamom and ginger powder. Mix well to coat all the peanuts with jaggery.
- Remove to a plate and dust your palm with rice flour and make small balls of the mixture..
- Be careful of the heat. It is very tasty sweet.
