Ras Malai.This is one of my favorite sweets. Very easy to make this sweet.
Ingredients
- Milk......................................................4 cups
- Sugar....................................................3tbsp
- Cardamom Powder...............................1/2tsp
- Thinly sliced almonds and pistachios......3tbsp
- Rasagulla..............................................10
Method
- I use rasagulla for ras malai. Remove the water and make the rasgulla flat and keep.
- Boil the milk (I use 2%) on medium heat and reduce to half. Stir continuously so that it wont burn on the bottom.
- Add the sugar and cardamom powder.
- Drop the rasagulla one by one into the milk and let it boil for 2 to 3 minutes.transfer the ras malai into a serving bowl.
- Sprinkle the nuts.
- Chill the ras malai and serve.
