Ingredients
Cashew Nuts........ 1cup
Sugar..................3/4 cup
Milk ...................2tbsp
Ghee...................2tbsp
Water....................quarter cup
Method
Soak the cashew nuts and grind with milk to a nice paste.
Heat a pan with water add sugar and make a syrup..
It should be one thread consistency.
If you drop a drop on water, it should not dissolve.
This time add the paste and mix it continuously till it becomes a thick dough.
Take a one spoon dough and roll it, it should form a ball.
Grease a plate and pour this dough and spread. When it cools ,cut into pieces.
It is very tasty burfi. Make this burfi for Diwali Day and enjoy.
