Method
- Cashew Nuts........ 1cup
- Sugar..................3/4 cup
- Milk ...................2tbsp
- Ghee...................2tbsp
- Water....................quarter cup
Method
- Soak the cashew nuts and grind with milk to a nice paste.
- Heat a pan with water add sugar and make a syrup..
- It should be one thread consistency.
- If you drop a drop on water, it should not dissolve.
- This time add the paste and mix it continuously till it becomes a thick dough.
- Take a one spoon dough and roll it, it should form a ball.
- Grease a plate and pour this dough and spread. When it cools ,cut into pieces.
- It is very tasty burfi. Make this burfi for Diwali Day and enjoy.
