Very healthy and easy to make. No sugar or ghee
Nut and Date pie crust
Ingredients:
- Pecans (dry)..................2 can
- Sea Salt............................1 tsp
- Medjool Pitted Dates ...1 can
- Vanilla Powder..............1 tsp.
- Place all ingredients in food processor with "S" blade and process well.
- Press by hand into a pie plate until entire pie plate is covered
- Note: Crust may be made ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen
Filling
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
- Blueberries ..................1 pint
- Sea salt.........................1tsp
- Ripe bananas...............2
- Vanilla ..........................1 tsp
- Raw honey....................2-3 tbsp
Method
- Start with nut and date pie crust in a pie plate.
- Blend blueberries, bananas, honey and vanilla in food processor.
- Place mixture in pie plate.
- Garnish with blueberries on top.
- Refrigerate for few hours for filling to harden
