Atta Halwa (Wheat Kesari/ Halwa)

Atta Halwa

Ingredients
Wheat Flour ( Chapathi Atta)...............3tbsp
Ghee....................................................2tbsp
Sugar...................................................6tbsp
Cardamom Powder..............................a pinch
Carrot puree.........................................1cup
Cashew Nuts...........................................Few
Kersari Powder....................................small pinch
(I used badam to garnish)
Method
Heat a pan add ghee and wheat flour.
Fry in low flame till you get nice aroma.
Take 5 small carrot and half cup water and put it in vita mix or grinder  grind inti nice puree.
Add this puree sugar, cardamom powder and  kesari  powder to the fried flour,
Cook till comes out of the sides.
Add ghee if needed  and garnish with roasted cashews.
