Ellu Kozhakattai
Ingredients
- White Sesame Seeds................1/2 cup
- Jaggery........................................1/3 cup
- Rice Flour....................................1/2 cup
- Coconut Oil.................................1tsp
- Salt a Pinch
Method
- Dry roast the sesame seeds.
- Powder the sesame seeds and then add jaggery grind till they are mixed well.
- Form small balls and keep
- Boil one cup of water. Add one tsp of oil and salt.
- Take the rice flour in a pan and add the hot water and make a thick dough.
- Grease your palm and take a small ball size dough, flatten it.
- Keep the sesame ball in the middle and seal the sides.
- Steam all the kozhakais in a idli vessel
