Ingredients
- All Purpose Flour...............3/4 cup
- Whole Wheat Flour............3/4 cup
- Oil......................................3/4 cup
- Milk...................................1/2 cup
- Baking Soda......................1/4 tsp
- Baking Powder..................1/4 cup
- Powdered Flax seed..........1tsp
- Dry Ginger.........................1tsp
- Vanilla Essence................. .!/2 tsp
- Salt....................................1/2tsp
- Crystallized Ginger..............2tsp
- Lemon Zest..................... ..1/2 tsp
- Brown sugar.................... .1/2 cup.
- Cinnamon........................ ..1/4 tsp
- Powdered Sugar.................1/4 cup
- Preheat the oven into 350 degree.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and make a soft dough, till all incorporated well..
- Make small balls out of the dough and flatten the balls slightly with your fingers 1"diameter.
- Place them 1" a part in a baking sheet. Bake them for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Cool them and put in a tight jar.
- Maida, powdered oats and whole wheat flour equal parts( half cup each) with 3tbsp melted butter, powdered flax seeds with3 tbsp. water, brown sugar ( I use gud / vellam/ jaggery) and sugar 3/4 cup baking soda, salt, coarsely powdered walnuts, almonds and cashew nuts 1cup, vanilla essence and cinnamon.
- Mix all ingredients every well, make small balls place them keep in a baking sheet and bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 12 minutes.
- Healthy cookies are ready to eat.
