Badusha is a famous sweet in India. It is made during Diwali and weddings.It is not too sweet and tasty too. I prepare this sweet for Diwali.

- Maida...................3cups
- Ghee.....................3tbsp
- Baking Powder.....1/2 tsp
- Bakin Soda............1/4tsp
- Yogurt..................3cups
- Sugar.....................5cups
- Cardamom............1/2tsp
- Salt to Taste
- Mix maida, ghee, baking powder, salt .Add yogurt and make a thick dough
- No water..Keep the dough in the fridge for about two hours.
- Prepare sugar syrup by adding water to the sugar and boil to one thread consistency.
- Heat a pan with oil. Make a lemon size ball with the dough and flatten it and press at the middle with your thumb.drop them in the hot oil.
- When they are in golden colour, remove them and keep to cool.
- Drop all the badushas in the syrup and keep 15 minutes.
- Remove them and keep them in a tray.
The badushas are coated with the sugar syrup .
