Ingredients
- Sabudana……………………1/2cup
- Milk………………………..3cups
- Sugar………………………¼ cup
- Cardamom Powder…………1/2tsp
- Saffron………………………1/2tsp
- Cashew nuts…………………..6
Method
- Wash and soak the sabudana for 2 hours in water..
- Boil the milk in heavy bottom pan for about 10 minutes.
- Stir it very often. So that the milk does not stick to the bottom
- Add the soaked sabudana and cook till the sabudana becomes soft.
- Add cardamom, saffron and roasted cashew nuts. When it cools down it becomes thick.
