Kas Kas payasam
- Kas kas.........................100gms
- Coconut..........................50 gms
- Rice............................one handful
- Cardamom....................4
- Cashew nuts.....................10
- Water..............................1/4litre
- Jaggery...........................200gms
- Boiled milk...................1/4 litre
Method
- Wash the kas kas and fry it, add rice and fry again.
- Mix coconut cashew nuts cardamom, fried rice adding water and grind in a blender.
- Then add the powdered jaggery.
- Grind nicely and.mix milk with this mixture.
- Sweet payasam is ready.,
