Carrot Halwa (Gajar ka Halwa)

- Grated carrot.......................2cups
- Milk......................................1cup
- Sugar....................................1/2 cup
- Cashew nuts and almonds
- Chopped..............................1/2 cup
- Ghee....................................3tbsp
- Mava...................................100gms
- Cardamom powder..............1tsp

Method
- Peel the carrots and grate them. Fry them with ghee. When it is fried add, milk, mava sugar and cook for 15 minutes .
- Fry the nuts in ghee and garnish the halwa. Sprinkle cardamom powder.
Serve hot/cold. Very easy to make. - Storage tips:
- keep it in fridge.
