Coconut Burfi/Thenga Burfi

Coconut Burfi 

Coconut Burfi is with coconut and sugar
Coconut Burfi
Ingredients

  • Grated Coconut...............2 cups
  • Sugar...............................2 cups  
  • Ghee ................................3 tsp

Method


  • Heat a pan, add coconut, sugar and half cup water. 
  • Stir it well and add ghee.When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, pour over a greased plate. 
  • Cut into pieces when it cools down. 
  • It is very easy to prepare.

Pal Kova (Therattipal) Microwavable

Thirattipal (Pal Kova )
Maladu

Ingredients

  • Milk...............1 litre
  • Sugar.............. 1 cup
  • Ghee...............1tsp
Method
  • Heat a heavy bottom pan with milk. 
  • Stir continuously so that it does not stick to the bottom. 
  • After some time it becomes semi solid, add the sugar and ghee. 
  • It is very tasty sweet.
  • You can makeThirattipal in microwave.
  • Use condensed milk (1 tin) and curd (2tsp) or twp tsp lemon juice in a microwave bowl and keep it for two minutes.
  • Take it out , stir it and again keep for another two minutes.
  • Add cardamom powder and ghee and keep for another two minutes.
  • Thirattipal is ready .
