Atta Halwa (Wheat Kesari/ Halwa)

Atta Halwa
  • Prepare Time........................5min
  • Cook Time..........................10 min

Ingredients
  • Wheat Flour ( Chapathi Atta)...............3tbsp
  • Ghee....................................................2tbsp
  • Sugar...................................................6tbsp
  • Cardamom Powder..............................a pinch
  • Carrot puree.........................................1cup
  • Cashew Nuts...........................................Few
  • Kersari Powder....................................small pinch
  • (I used badam to garnish)
Method
  • Heat a pan add ghee and wheat flour.
  • Fry in low flame till you get nice aroma.
  • Take 5 small carrot and half cup water and put it in vita mix or grinder  grind inti nice puree.
  • Add this puree sugar, cardamom powder and  kesari  powder to the fried flour,
  • Cook till comes out of the sides.
  • Add ghee if needed  and garnish with roasted cashews.
