Peanut Ladu
- Roasted Peanuts........1 cup
- Grated Coconut...........1cup
- Powdered Jaggery.......1cup
- Ghee...........................1tbsp
Method
- Powder the peanuts coarsely.
- Heat a pan with little water add jaggery and coconut.
- Mix well till the mixture become thick
- Add ghee and peanuts powder and remove from the flame
- Make small balls.
Chikoo Halwa
- Chikoo.................................5
- Sugar...................................1/4cup
- Milk.....................................1/2cup
- Milk Powder or Koya..........100gms
- Ghee....................................1tbsp
Method
- Peel the skin of the chikoos and mash or blend
- Heat a pan add mashed chickoo, milk and boil
- When it becomes thick add koya and cook.
- Add sugar and ghee.
- Cook in low flame.
- When the ghee comes little up add broken nuts.
